Vu Huyền Diệu wins Miss Eco Teen International 2021

Vu Huyền Diệu was crowned Miss Eco Teen International 2021 at the end of the pageant, held on December 20, 2021 at Triumph Luxury Hotel in Egypt. The representative of Vietnam succeeds Miss Eco Teen International 2020, Roberta Tamandong of Philippines. Vu also won the Best Eco dress award before the finale.

In the behavioral section, the judges asked Vu Huyen Dieu about food waste. She replied, “In my opinion, the solution to avoiding excess food is that we only eat enough of our food, because we don’t eat it all, we throw it away. That pollutes the environment and makes the earth fruit is unhealthy. the earth is warming up.

Vu Huyen Dieu was born in 2008 with two Vietnamese and Singaporean bloodlines. She is currently a student at an international school in Ho Chi Minh City. From childhood, Huyen Dieu was focused on the art of studying singing and piano by her family. She won a silver medal for solo piano at an Asian music festival in Singapore in 2015, a silver medal for piano duel (playing with four hands, combined with brother Quang Dung) in the same competition in 2016. In 2018, she was contestant at Prince and Princess International pageant in Thailand, where she won the Talented Princess Award. In 2019, Huyen Dieu took part in Little Miss Universe in Georgia, the won the Miss Elegant Child Award.

In November, Huyen Dieu took part in the country’s Miss Eco Teen, the jury consisted of the artist Trinh Kim Chi, the designer Viet Hung, the model Minh Tu … According to the organizers, the competition was held as part of the Miss Vietnam Environment – in action in response to the Prime Minister’s initiative to plant a billion trees project in 2021-2025, with the message “For Vietnam’s Green Environment”. After winning the grand prize, she was trained on the catwalk by Model Minh Tu for international competitions.

She is a fluent speaker of English.

2nd Runner-up – Liah Macias (USA)

3rd Runner-up – Cameron Lommelen (Belgium)

4th Runner-up – Habiba Osman (Egypt)
